Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, also popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is a popular British stage and film actress who gained popularity because she was a part of"Doctor Who" (a British science-fiction TV show) show that aired on the BBC channel. Gugu was famous for her character Tish Jones on the show on BBC. She was the twin sister of a character named Martha Jones. The audience loved her cheerful enthusiasm and she had no stopping Gugu from a successful acting career ahead! Her other stage and TV shows in Britain include many different productions. Chelsea Joy Handler was born on the 25th of February 1975 at Livingston, New Jersey. Her family comprised six family members and Chelsea Joy Handler the youngest. Handler was the child of a salesman and housewife. Her mother was an German Immigrant, who immigrated to the United States in 1958. In 1989, she was diagnosed with cancer and died ten years later. Handler was brought up in Reform Judaism by her father and grandfather, who were Jewish. Handler was blessed with a joyful and healthy life being raised in a wealthy neighborhood. Handler moved into Los Angeles when she was aged 19 to pursue acting. Handler started performing to earn money. Handler took the decision to pursue stand-up acting after she turned 21 following the realization of her storytelling skills. Handler started her career by joining the only female Oxygen cast, which starred in a TV show called Girls Behaving BADLY. This series was known for its secret camera and humorous jokes. The show was broadcast from 2002 until 2005. Handler then started appearing in other programs such as Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was hired as a correspondent on The Tonight Show as a reporter. Handler received her first big break in 2006 when she started running her own talk show for E! The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran over two years. The following year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. Stand-up comedy performances from Handler were telecast by VH1, Comedy Central's Premium Blend, and HBO. In 2010 she was selected as host of the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. In this way, she became only the second female to host VMA's after Roseanne Barr.
