Heather Nauert
Heather Ann Nauert, born on January 27, 1970 is an American journalist for the broadcast media who was previously a government official. She served as Spokesperson for United States Department of State during the Donald Trump administration (2017 to 2019). She is a senior associate with the Hudson Institute. It is an think tank for conservatives.
Prior to her roles in the Department of State, she worked as an ABC News correspondent and news presenter on the Fox News program Fox & Friends. Nauert also served as acting Secretary of State for Foreign Public Relations and Diplomacy under the Trump government between March and October 2018. Nauert was also named to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in 2019 by Trump.
